Terms of Service
Initial Consultation
There is no charge for the initial consultation. However, if mockup designs are requested, then they will be charged at an agreed upon price or an hourly fee, and a contactual agreement for those mockup designs is required.
Contractual Agreement
No work will be performed until we enter into a contractual agreement. All requirements and specifications will be noted in the contract. Any changes to that contract require a change order that is signed by both parties specifying the changes or additions to the contract.
Note: All contractual details are per individual project and will be noted within the contract, including payment requirements, remodel or new build specifications and more. Any payments are expected to be paid when the invoice is received without delay.
Custom Designs
All custom designs are the sole property of Daniel J. Stehouwer, Builder. They can be resold to other clients in the future. All designs are included in my portfolio so they can be resold to other clients or further customized.
